EVENT FAQ

  • Gather & Hem hosts a wide range of events! These include corporate events, wedding-related gatherings such as rehearsal dinners and welcome parties, and celebrations like birthdays, graduations, and anniversaries. We can also host many other types of eventsβ€”our space can be customized to fit your needs, no matter what the occasion!

  • For private events, we can accommodate 65 seated or 120 with a cocktail- style reception (partial seating). Other semi-private event sizes range from a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 40.

  • For all semi-private and private events, we provide per-person bar packages. However, we also offer the flexibility of selecting beverages on an Γ  la carte basis. Groups can opt for a full open bar, beer and wine only, or preselect specific beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails, to be served during the event.

  • To guarantee a smooth and enjoyable dining experience, we ask that all large groups order from our Hors D'oeuvres Menu curated to make memorable experiences for groups of many sizes.

  • We offer valet parking exclusively on a first-come first-served basis for $10 per vehicle with validation. For those preferring public parking options we have compiled a list of nearby options for your reference:

    - Marshall Street & 5th Street (garage)

  • All events will require a contract and deposit to hold the date and space for your event. Any deposits made will be credited towards the group's final bill.

  • Upon signing the contract, a deposit of at least 25% of the Contracted Buyout (Partial or Full), along with Service Charge & Tax, is required. The remaining balance will be invoiced according to the deposit schedule outlined in the contract. The final payment will encompass any relevant taxes and/or service charges. The final payment must be paid in full 72 hours before the event, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
